7 things you need to know before you go

1. 24 has been canceled; they want to end on a good note. Keifer Sutherland did confirm that there will be a 24 movie made.

2. Jon Gosselin is single again. Morgan Christie reportedly kicked him out of her Santa Barbara, CA home. She said it was 5 months of his pure laziness and mounting frustration.

3. Tareq and Michaele Salahi, who are known for crashing the White House party, have been cast in the new Real Housewives of DC.

4. Angelina Jolie may be playing a real witch in her next role. The L.A. Times reports that she’s the name being bandied about in connection with a live-action spin on Sleeping Beauty, told from the perspective of Maleficent, the evil sorceress in the classic tale. Disney is also reportedly looking to Tim Burton to direct the film.

5. Christina Aguilera and Nicole Richie may be new Moms, but they went out to see some penis at the Tony award nominated "Puppetry of the Penis" this past weekend.

6. Researchers say that Breast Cancer can be reduced by 1/3 if women just eat less and exercise more. They feel they have done most of what they can and that it is in the hands of women to do what they can.

7. Studies say that 6 smaller meals each day instead of 3 larger meals does not speed up your metabolism. It is all based on calorie count.

Taylor and Victoria had lots to say about this and it revolved into discussing Demi and lying about her plastic surgery and talking about how she and Ashton may still have a baby (at her 45 years old). Taylor and Victoria said that if she comes out and says she's pregnant, she may just be putting on an act to be pregnant and then a baby will come of it 9 months later. This gets in to a whole other psychological discussion about how Ashton perceives her and how she perceives herself. It will be interesting to see how their relationship evolves over time. They called Demi an older Miley Cyrus. (LOL)

No He Didn't

A guy wrote in and asked about how he can get his wife to wear a black skirt. He mentioned that he wants to have her wear the black skirt with her black Doc Martens, but Taylor translates this into him doing whatever he needs to do to get her to wear the skirt. If she is most comfortable in her Docs, then that's what he wants her to do. It sounds like she wants to wear some black sandals with the skirt.  It came down to Taylor and Victoria saying that if a guy is going to comment on a girl's attire, then they need to be prepared to give up the credit card to pay for what is needed to fix what they don't like. While we women are dressing with what we have and within our budget, a guy can be easy to comment, but it may not be feasible for the woman.... so their advice is to be ready with a plan to fix what they find wrong with the outfit.

Toward the end of the second hour, they brought up the "drama" between Cocks with P and Greg from Get in Bed. It started on Friday when Patrick heard a promo for Get in Bed where Greg said that they  were the best show on Cosmo Radio. Patrick was jokingly, but also a bit really, miffed at Greg's promo for the show because he's been on the show for "5 minutes". Taylor brought up the drama by asking the listeners what was going on. It was clear that she knew a little of what was going on when she said that they had the best show on Cosmo Radio. They wanted to get a take on what the listeners knew about it. They also spent some time fishing for the actual recording... which they did find, and I did record. (I will upload hopefully tomorrow!) It is a very deliberate comment from Greg stating that they are the best show on Cosmo Radio. Taylor, Victoria and Kenny had Patrick's back in that it was not cool for Greg to say such a thing, especially after hearing the recording themselves. Kenny and Taylor are both quick to say that they are friends of Greg's and he probably meant no harm. But then they questioned the intent because recently Sara recorded a Chic Cocktail where she seems to imitate Taylor's yelling and screechy voice. (which I happen to love) Now they are really wondering if there is something deliberate going on. They think the right thing is for Greg to stop in at each of the shows and apologize, which Kenny said he would gladly do because he is sure Greg didn't mean anything by it. Kenny wondered if they should pursue whether Sara has meant anything and Taylor said she really doesn't care either way. So it's probably not worth pursuing. A listener called in to say that she loves the three shows... wait, isn't there 4 shows... Yes... ah, not really... (one of my favorite radio moments)

Conversation Starter

How do you feel about your guy going away for a guy's weekend?

Generally, the feel of it was that a girl's weekend is far more innocent than a guy's weekend. A girl's weekend is simply that... a weekend to hang out with the girls and be girly.

A weekend with the guys is usually a bit more than just some dudes hanging out in pajamas and gossiping. It usually involves bars and chicks and less innocent times. Callers and FKCST think that it's weird for guys to have sleepovers. It's either a gay thing or a cheating thing, is what it summed up to be. It is understandable if it's a skiing weekend, golfing weekend or something with a certain plan... but for dudes to just get together and sleepover... that's weird.

There is a new eating disorder called Orthorexia. It is the obsession with healthy foods. It can involve eating the same foods, prepared the same way, all the time. This lead the FKCST into a discussion about food. All three of them are very passionate about food. Victoria discussed her latest issues with food, where she needs to do more in moderation and not just eat what she wants. Kenny and Taylor mentioned how great she looks and how she looks like a model in the picture of them on their Wake Up Facebook Page. Victoria knows she can't splurge and just has to find a happy medium. Taylor knows she needs to diet for the wedding. She just loves food so much that it's hard to do. They talked about how people call themselves "foodies" when really they just have an unhealthy obsession with food.

Kenny's Question Corner

Do girls talk about taking a guy's virginity the way that guys may?

Both Taylor and Victoria said no. It's not the same. Taylor said that it may be endearing in the way that she would say "awe, you're 45" and that you haven't had sex. It's nothing like what guys think of it for us women.

Kenny said that Krisin Cavallari might be coming on the show. Taylor wonders why all the people she makes fun of have to be on the show and if she might say something directly to them about how she makes fun of them.

Jasmine called in. She works for a network and says that she and her coworkers listen to the FKCST. They want to cast them in a reality show (awesome idea). She has to pitch the idea to her boss. She was super hyped and excited and cute. We came to find out that, even though she had a valley-girl voice, she was a black woman. This shocked the FKCST (and me, frankly!) and Jasmine became a favorite of the show. They even gave her a golden shower with all singing along! Kenny called her the whitest sounding black girl. (she was super cute)


Dream Talk

Someone said that they had a dream about Taylor's wedding and that Victoria got too drunk right before the wedding to attend, and that Kenny's Mom wouldn't babysit Steve so Kenny also couldn't go. All at the last minute. (I think I may have missed a little of this dream?)
