In addition to "Move!" (the dance program), there is yoga, inferno (intense workout), tactical bodyweight training (your body is your gym- no equipment), 15 (fit in 15 days, 15 workouts, 15 minutes each), cardio sculpt, recover (mobility workouts), intelliburn (a personalized plan that learns from your strengths and weaknesses, and DBK (kettlebell workout). When you choose a program, daily burn sets up a schedule for you and what you should complete each day.
You'll have to let me know if any of you try it and how you like it.
So far today, I did really well calorie-wise. And with the calories I just burned, I should have a couple hundred spare calories even after dinner! Watching what I am eating and working out is really becoming easier and easier and part of my daily routine. I don't mind it at all.
