Today was my first full day back at work while on the weight loss/Biggest Loser competition. What really helped me is having my meals planned out ahead of time and options for small snacks. I brought extra bananas and clementines for my snacks. When the clementine didn't quite cut it, I had a few mini saltine crackers. That helped get rid of that hunger edge.
After work, I did the Slim in 6: Start it Up workout. It's a combination of some cardio, strength training and a little yoga at the end. As I progress through the levels of the program, it gets harder and longer. If I pair this with some zumba, I should be able to work up to the next level faster than the last time I did this workout.
Right now it's time to make some dinner. Still contemplating what that is going to be. I think it will consist of chicken and some garlic stuffed mushrooms. I'll update this post if I find a good recipe!
