Happy Friday! I'm happy to report that I lost 2 lbs this week! I've lost 6.5 overall. I'm not into the 100s yet, but close!
Tomorrow I'm going to my first Zumba class outside of my house. I'm going with some fun girls from work, so I am really looking forward to it! I just have to make sure I remember my water bottle and my inhaler!
I made a fun discovery today. On Facebook I saw an app called EveryMove. It basically rewards you for all of your activity and I was able to sync up my Fuelband with it! So I get points for every step I take and activity I do! You don't need a device to be able to use it. You can manually put in your activities. Or it also pairs up with other websites like Active.com, MapMyFitness, etc. You even earn points for checking in on Facebook from a healthy place like the gym! Have a FitBit? Works for that too!

This is definitely just one more thing to encourage me to move more. Love it!
